Trinity Views is a 39 Lot Residential Estate located in Colac, Victoria. HEC is currently engaged by Brownbuilt Projects P/L to provide detailed design and Construction Administration services for the design and construction of Stage 4 of the residential development. The services provided include;

Conceptualisation & Feasibility:

• Conceptual Design including the preparation of conceptual service infrastructure, street and drainage plans, sewerage & water reticulation plans. Includes liaison with relevant regulatory authorities.

• Preparation of a Stormwater Management Plan and analysis of existing drainage infrastructure capacities. 

• Feasibility analysis including preparation of an Opinion of Probable Development Costs

• Provision of professional advice relating to Design, Construction and Project Delivery.

Infrastructure Design

• Detailed Design documentation associated with Street & Drainage design including Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) principles. 

• Sewerage & Water Reticulation design.

Construction Administration 

• Preparation of tender documents and co-ordinate the tendering process.

• Review OH&S and Environmental Systems

• Tender assessment and preparation of tender reports and recommendation.

• Administration of AS2421 & AS4000 contracts

• Surveillance of infrastructure works including sewerage and water reticulation works

• Liaison with sewerage and water authorities and corporations including managing Developer Funded works and capital works projects.

• Liaison with authorities in order to secure the release of the Statement of Compliance for subdivisions

• Co-ordination of other specialist consulting disciplines

• Opinions of quantities and construction cost estimates

• Liaison with other specialist consultants such as Landscape Architects, Traffic Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Electrical & Lighting Designers

Haven Residential Estate, Lake Boga

Heil Engineering Consultants have been engaged by a private developer to design a 63-lot subdivision of a 16 hectare property on the Lake Boga waterfront. The development is the first of its kind in the district which supplies premium land on the foreshore of Lake Boga. HEC has been involved in the process from the conceptual and feasibility phase through to the design and construction phase. 

 

All works included the following;

• Project support.

• Service investigation and service master plan including liaison with service authorities to establish infrastructure requirements to service the development.

• Conceptual design and master planning.

• Street and drainage design

• Sewerage and water reticulation design

• Traffic management solutions including vehicular access in accordance with Austroads guidelines.

• Provision of pedestrian access and open space areas for non-recreational purposes.

• Provision of an Opinion of Probable Development Costs for project feasibility.

• Contract Administration and Surveillance.
