Joel is a Civil Engineer with over 9 years experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects in both engineering design and construction roles.
Before joining Heil Engineering Consultants, Joel worked for 4 years as a Civil Engineer with a private consultant in regional Victoria undertaking many roles including engineering design, project management and contract administration for the construction of subdivisional and land development projects and providing project management and engineering services to local municipal Councils.
More recently Joel was employed for 2 years as a Construction Engineer with a global Engineering consultant in Geelong and was responsible for project management aspects of civil engineering and subdivisional construction works including contract administration, programming, tendering, on-site supervision and quality control.
