QUALITY POLICY

Heil Engineering Consultants provides the full range of HEC design services including the coordination of consultants (as required for service delivery) in accordance with the contractual requirements.

Our Quality objectives are to:

a. meet our contractual obligations with a view to achieving client satisfaction, reputation enhancement and repeat business through the effective application of the Company Management Systems;

b. implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 based Quality Management System;

c. ensure that staff have the appropriate qualifications, licences, competencies and experience to perform their assigned tasks and functions;

d. implement the Quality Management System to achieve project services on time and within budget;

e. ensure that the Director and all team members are kept abreast of changes in relevant standards, legislation and industry requirements; and

f. audit the Quality System and review our performance and assess feedback from clients, with a view to continual improvement.

HEC is committed to maintaining high standards of professional practice and quality services to its clients and is committed to continual improvement and meeting the requirements of the Quality Management System through the pursuit of our Quality Objectives.

The Director is committed to the communication, enthusiastic promotion and implementation of this policy. All staff are encouraged to strive to achieve quality outcomes in accordance with this policy.
